Villa Anka

Conceived as a contemporary tropical retreat, this villa is designed as a seamless dialogue between
architecture, landscape and climate.

The built volumes are carefully arranged to encourage natural ventilation, maximize daylight and allow
vegetation to become an integral part of the living experience.
A landscaped spine of ponds and tropical gardens structures the circulation while creating a naturally
cooled microclimate.

At the heart of the project, a waterfall-inspired swimming pool flows like a river between the living
room and the sunken kitchen, connected by a bridge that transforms circulation into an architectural
experience.
Fully retractable glazing allows the kitchen to open entirely onto the pool, creating a
unique indoor-outdoor atmosphere where water, nature and architecture merge into a single living
environment.
